We take card, contactless, and cash. Apple Pay and Google Pay work at the counter too. We don't have a card minimum, so you can pay by card for a single side dish if you want.
Twenty minutes is usually enough during the week. On Friday evenings we get busy from about 6pm, so thirty minutes is safer then. For anything more than five or six items, call a bit earlier and we'll give you a realistic time.
Collection only at the moment. We're at 4-31-11 Kamata, Tokyo 144-0052. There's a bus stop directly outside and a small amount of street parking on the lane itself, though it fills up quickly in the evenings.
Nuts are used in a couple of dishes and we work in a kitchen where they're present. We can tell you exactly which dishes contain nuts and which don't, but we can't guarantee zero cross-contact. If your allergy is severe, please call us before ordering so we can talk through it properly.
If you call us within about five minutes of placing a walk-in order, we can usually adjust it. After that the food is likely already cooking. Phone-ahead orders can be changed up to fifteen minutes before your collection time.
We do catering for groups from about ten people upward. The minimum spend is £45 and we need at least 48 hours notice. Email hello@takeoutsev.com with your date, rough numbers, and any dietary requirements and Fiona will come back to you within one business day.
