The recipes, photos, and site copy here belong to Takeout Sev unless credited otherwise. Read and link to them freely; reusing our menu photography or copy in another business's marketing without asking is not permitted.
Menu items and hours shown here are kept current, but a dish can sell out or a holiday hour can change before the page does. The price and availability that count are the ones confirmed when you order, at the counter or by phone.
The scope, timing and price of any actual catering or bulk order are agreed individually, in writing or by confirmed email, before preparation begins. Nothing on this site by itself constitutes an offer that binds either side until that confirmation happens.
We are responsible for this site's content to the extent the law requires, and no further. We are not liable for external sites we link to, or for decisions taken solely on the basis of general information published here rather than a direct conversation with us about your specific order.
These terms get revised occasionally — a new item on the menu, a change to catering notice periods, that sort of thing. The version on this page is the current one, and placing an order after a change means you accept it.
These terms are governed by the law of Japan, where Takeout Sev is registered, and any dispute that cannot be sorted out over the counter or by phone falls to the courts with jurisdiction over Ota City.
Placing a phone-ahead or walk-in order is a request, not a contract until we confirm it — in practice that happens the moment we start preparing it. Orders not collected within a reasonable time of the confirmed slot may be re-sold or discarded, since fresh food held too long is food we cannot serve to the next customer either.
Garden-party and catering orders require the notice period stated on the site — currently 48 hours — and are confirmed by email once headcount, date, and dietary requirements are agreed. Cancellations inside that notice period may be charged in part to cover ingredients already bought for the order.
Menu descriptions and dietary notes on this site are provided in good faith and kept up to date, but recipes can change and cross-contact with allergens is possible in any kitchen preparing multiple dishes. Anyone with a serious allergy should tell us directly before ordering rather than relying solely on the website description.
Menu prices shown on the site are current at the time of publishing but can change with ingredient costs; the price confirmed at the counter or on your phone-ahead order is the one that applies. We do not retroactively charge a higher price than the one confirmed when your order was placed.
